"I Saw a Rose" by Angelo Hopson
Prelude: I saw a rose today and it made me think about society. Feel free to repost this in your notes.
I saw a rose today.
It was a few shades brighter than Crimson
You could still see the dew left from the Morning on the petals
The way the Sun shined made the rose stick out from the rest
I was compelled to touch it
To my surprise, the rose was brittle, abandoned by warmth and subdued by resentment
Then I saw another rose two feet away
It was a Maize yellow, much older than the first one
The rose was full but many of the petals had fallen off
The petals that were left had brown tips, the color of a dying rust
Even the thorns were dulled off or either broken
Neither did the light show mercy, it seemed to miss the rose entirely
Many would say the rose doesn't belong
Yet unlike the others, it stood alone, it stood strong
So I embraced the rose out of pure curiosity
I made sure to stay vigilant since it was fragile and meek.
The rose was soft, comforting and held excessive gratification
And it also left a sweet smelling oil on my hands that made my skin shine
For once the critics were right, partially right, this rose doesn't belong here
Instead of being whipped by wind or punished by persona
It should be the display of a King's garden, held with the upmost respect and honor
-Angelo Hopson
Foreword: Why do people always put the strong, the athletic, the powerful, the rich and the beautiful on a pedestal? Why shouldn't the heart be taken in consideration rather than replaceable attributes? You can be strong one day and weak the next. You can be athletic one day but injured the next. You can be powerful one day but impotent the next. You can be rich one day and broke the next. You can be beautiful one day but scarred for life the next day. I'm not trying to bash anyone, i'm just speaking my mind. Don't get with a woman because she has a nice ass or because she "looks" flawless. And ladies don't get with a man because of his bankroll. Get with someone who appreciates things you have and things you DON'T have. Instead of finding somebody who loves you for who you are......find somebody that will love you for who YOU ARE NOT. God bless

The Art of Corporate Mind Control:
Television is the most powerful weapon of psychological warfare in history and yet it is a member of the family in most households. The programming that we are constantly assaulted with conditions us to a particular worldview. This fake reality changes our behavior making us less active and more compliant with society's shortcomings. Since television is controlled by a small handful of powerful corporations, viewers will never witness informing, truthful news and entertainment. As political and corporate power unite at an ever increasing rate, being informed is more important than ever. People need to seek out independent and alternative unbiased sources on the internet for their information or we will continue to be manipulated by the corporate controlled media.

ZEITGIST THE MOVIE EXPOSED:
I know many of you heard about the movie "Zeitgeist." Basically part one of the film states that Christianity is a plagiarized religion. The author of the book and director of the movie only used secondary sources and opinions. There are NO FACTS in that movie whatsoever. I saw "Zeitgeist" for the first time and immediately became disgusted. Instead of using REAL evidence (which they can never find) they only gathered two or three books which were wrote by idiots. Then they put something together that is completely false. Well enough of my rambling i'll let you watch this clip exposing part one of the "Zeitgeist" film. But before you watch it checkout what ABR.Com has to say about "Zeitgeist."
"Zeitgeist (a German phrase that means "the spirit of the age") is the name of an online video (first released in June 2007) that is making quite an impact on its viewers. In this video, Peter Joseph, the writer and director, seeks to persuade his viewers that the authors of the New Testament borrowed the idea of Jesus' virgin birth, December 25th birth date, twelve disciples, miracles, crucifixion, and resurrection from astrological sources and ancient pagan mystery religions that were around long before the time of Christ. The video even goes so far as to claim that Jesus never existed. Well, these claims are so outrageous, we're glad you've taken the time to investigate them for, as you will see shortly, there is an abundance of evidence that Peter Joseph has greatly erred in his claims."
